Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in Scrum: Work closely with cross-functional scrum teams to understand product requirements, features, and user perspectives.
- Test Creation & Execution: Develop, create, and execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure the end-to-end quality and ongoing stability of our website and e-commerce shop.
- Eye for Detail: Perform meticulous manual exploratory testing to catch edge cases, UI glitches, and UX inconsistencies before they hit production.
- Maintain High Quality: Monitor, analyze, and report on product quality metrics, providing hands-on recommendations for improvements.
- Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously help improve testing methodologies and tooling.
What We're Looking For:
- Coding Basics: Good foundational knowledge of JavaScript (or TypeScript), as it will be your main tool for driving automation.
- Tech Curiosity: Knowledge of (or a strong willingness to learn) modern test automation frameworks, with a specific focus on Playwright.
- QA Foundations: Experience or solid theoretical knowledge of manual testing practices and test design techniques.
- E2E Mindset: Basic understanding of end-to-end testing, including API testing and web application testing, is a big plus.
- Sharp Eye for Detail: A proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail, a strong focus on end-user experiences, and the ability to spot even the smallest UI/UX flaws.
- Agile & Communication: Familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle and strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
